For those with hyper sensitivities to incense (able to detect incense after 2+ weeks have surpassed) the recommendation from the Office of Divine Worship would be to assist at Mass at a hospital, nursing home, or nearby convent on a Sunday. In almost all of these instances, the use of incense is rare.
